Xplornet is complete garbage. Trying to fix the internet at my bosses cottage, he’s getting 990kpbs and he pays for 25mbps. Smh @Xplornet if the towers are overloaded then you should lower the bill $

Another evening of @Xplornet Internet not working for the simplest tasks. Can't even ask Google Assistant to do a broadcast. My connection is so slow, it times out before it can even tell Google's servers what I want to do. @APLenehan you're pathetic, and your company sucks.

.@Xplornet, power companys warn their customers before planned maintenance so any one working at home can reschedule zooms, emails etc. Why do you just shut things down with no warning when people have to work from home using the internet? Show some concern for you customers!

@Xplornet Then putting in a service request online it took 2 days for Xplornet to respond. Once they did they advised they would send back the same useless company to investigate and you will hear in 24-48hrs.

@CHCHNews can the government get on rural internet service providers example @xplornet and get them to un-throttle their customers, kids miss their lessons because the internet is so slow. I know I'm not the only parent struggling with this problem.
