@starkinly @Xplornet Yes, Sara. It is. You will deal with outages and extreme slow speeds ALL THE TIME. And when you call to troubleshoot the issue too many times, they will BLOCK your phone number to stop you from calling like they did with me. They will still take your money though.

@Xplornet I may be able to **** and watch some thing with 3 Mbps but good luck trying to ******* download would take half the night to ******* download 100 MB honestly your **** network probably has something to do with it to

@aar0nsadler @dennydenny1020 You will miss calling Xplornet for troubleshooting help. Xplornet - “unplug your router for 30 seconds.......how is it now?” Customer- No change still terrible. Xplornet- Well than it’s because of the weather. Have a nice day!
