@rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink And the way they throttle is also insane.. with 6 kids that need internet for school as well as my wife being in college by noon our speeds are trash. We live out in the country and they are the only service provider... For now.

@rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink Yeah, when I set up my most recent labtop, when connecting it to my wifi, it actually told me that the "security network was outdated consider changing networks or talk to your service provider"

@Xplornet not happy you changed my Sat Internet package so I have to buy these rinky-**** add-on packages if I go over... brings my business to a halt and takes 5+ minutes on reduced speed logging on to your site to buy the stupid packages.

@Xplornet BTW...the dealer “New Horizons Communications” that u use that was originally sent 2 fix my issue-I had 3 #’s for them. Left many messages. No 1 there answers their phones/doesn’t return calls. I looked up their FB page & their feedback is horrendous. Why use a dealer like that?

@Xplornet Short of adding another satellite, your system can’t be fixed. It is garbage. Beware potential subscribers.

@ayrporte @Xplornet Because for $20 more a month you get 20x the internet, it never slows down. They don’t throttle your speeds after 6pm. Their service was terrible, customer service even worse.
