    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @Xplornet And then when other options come finally you upgrade like you didn’t oversell in the first place Business is business but you’re literally shady as hell based on my experience you provide minimal service and only upgrade when you have to you were only going to do 100 with 5G

    @jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

    @SucksXplornet @Xplornet Such ****-*** service. They keep wanting you to call them because there are so many reasons why your internet isn’t working. No, it’s just YOU. This isn’t Blackberry..a battery pull isn’t fixing garbage service. So thankful for that 1 min of YouTube 🖕🖕

    @Xplornet Xplornet sucks. Had them for 2 years, constant speed drops that happened to disappear if you phone and complain. Uselessly low data caps. @SpaceX #Starlink will put clowns like you out of business for good. I’m enjoying my #dishymcflatface right now.

    @Xplornet Did he also find interet service? Mine has been deliberately shut down by @Xplornet . They are unwilling to own up to their mistake. @Xplornet is the worst!

    @Xplornet going on day 2 with absolutely no internet, what's your response to mandatory work from home directions when this is the service you provide? Was told it would be back on last night, about to start another work day and still nothing

    @GerardCooke8 @jbondguy007 @Xplornet The Bouctouche, NB tower for me was 30-40 mbps all the time last summer/fall. Now it’s 3-5mbps or less the majority of the time & not strong enough for work requirements or to even have 2 devices at the same time. No changes to my devices or network connections. #frustrated

    @jbondguy007 @Xplornet don't worry you will be safely back under your "Up To" Mark within a few days. I am sure they are glad that you pointed out the oversight as they cannot have rumors getting out that they supply "quality" or "service", even on accident.
