    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @burnettisms Xplornet is the worst internet ever, the price they charge is NOT worth it. It is unstable and companies that allow remotely work do not recognize them as a good enough internet to work from home!

    @Bocabec99 @Xplornet Same. Every few days the past month was getting an email about upgrades from 8am until 8 pm. Hard when you work from home. I have no cell signal here, can't tether. Ended up working from @Reedspointpub one day. That was a positive actually, but it has been a bad month for sure.

    @Xplornet I can't wait until there is another option for internet. Absolute worst. Try to call them and get put on hold for an hour because they don't want to deal with it

    @rkhazzam @Xplornet @SpaceX I got impatient and ordered the RV Starlink cause there is zero wait. Just got it and it’s waaaay better than the LTE garbage I had.

    @Xplornet Lol - people do not be fooled that xplornet will provide any customer service in a customized way. They will ONLY assist you if you have access to a signal and you call them and wait an hour to get a rep. They are instructed to deliver nothing of value via email/DM- phone only

    @Bell bell outage Southern Ontario and Eastern Ontario: disconnected TV & Internet & Phone landline. Maintenance repair problem. Rogers, Telus, Cogeco, Shaw, Shawdirect, Freedom, Bell Aliant, Xplornet, Fido, Eadtlink, Teksavvy all outage..

    I would like to make everyone I can reach aware that @Xplornet is utterly useless in the realm of customer service. Truly terrible - a class of their own. Knowing them, they might publicly respond to this tweet pretending that they want to help, only to deliver nothing of value.

    Hi @Xplornet — please read read responses carefully to your requests before repeating them. Our accounts are @Seaside_Cable as we transition to @Xplornet b/c you've purchased the Annapolis County High Speed Internet service. Your network update on May 11 caused this. Clear?
