So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@Xplornet The morse code machine that was employed as a communications device in those days is very comparable to the speeds you will get if you sign up for xplornet. Xplornet would have trouble beating the pony express in sending a picture across Canada.

@Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

@Xplornet Does your service even reach them yet? They're one of the tens of thousands who are supposed to be getting improved rural internet services in @MunColchester and Cumberland, NS. Maybe use your platform to demonstrate the strides your company is taking to offer improved service.

@RyanKBrook @Edrmorris To be fair, Xplornet is a terrible provider, 100GB is a pretty low limit. But even without a cap I don't think we go over 200GB
