So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@Xplornet Nope. You scammed many Niagara customers when you bought out a local provider but didn’t put any of us on xplornet infrastructure, just left us on existing network your services couldn’t operate on. You charged customers for service you couldn’t and didn’t intend to provide.

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

@Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

@AntibioticDoc Us in a terrible position and potentially exposed us. When hubs asked if he was vaxxed he said "no but I don't socialize". Mmhmm. But he probably goes into every home unmasked?? I was masked and quite upset. Very pregnant with complications. We complained but nothing. @Xplornet

@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.
