    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    @altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.

    @MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

    @xplore_ca 35 mins on hold at 7:30 am cdn’t take one more round of that horrible, speaker blown sounding music.

    @dubsndoo We bought Starlink direct(no rogers needed). Only internet service we can get in Ontario country. Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

    @Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

    It may not seem like a lot, but we legit have not had this problem since our days with Xplornet. Starlink, you doing okay buddy? The occasional hiccup is a given because of trees, but that wasn't what this was. :/
