They said they would send someone out to come check out the problem and no one has come to our house yet because they keep making excuses.

Happened last week too where it was unusable a few days. But tonight has been the worst I've ever experienced at the lake. Can't even load twitter on a 50 mbps plan 🙄

All day yesterday and so far today, my attempts to log on are met with "This site can’t be reached The connection was reset." Wondering if anybody else has same issue?
