Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet is a complete and utter joke. One hour I get 1 MB/s and the next I would be better off using dial-up. This has been going on for months. Their webpage loads blazing fast when every other website times out, including Google. Burn in hell, you predatory piece of ****.

@Xplornet This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I’m getting 900-1000 ping with not even 1mb a second download speed. This also ends up being the most expensive internet provider. It’s very ironic because it’s horrible. FIX IT.

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞
