@Nick62289935 @Xplornet You are correct Nick. I have called them many times to re boot and trouble shoot but the service never gets any faster. I am paying for UP TO to 50 but have never got much passed 20. The other night I had less then 1 and couldn’t even watch a movie.

Unnacceptable;considering we r paying $113 per month for internet. Finally, the 7 day period ended and internet resumed normal performance. By normal I should say decent during the day but slow at night when everyone is using the internet since Xplornet WAY oversells their towers

Just be honest with people already that you have been taking advantage of Canadians for a number of years now. @redwoodacres Yes our @Xplornet hasn’t been good lately and our @TELUS cell service has been worse than the original flip phone service. How do these companies get away with this? I’ve asked Telus and they always just say they know they have a problem.

So @justintrudeau you believe in decent internet access for everyone in Canada. Maybe you should look into @Xplornet andnjiwntheybrip people off with high prices and beyond awful internet service not to mention brutal #Throttling Canadians being ripped and @CCTS_CPRST is a joke
