@Xplornet Have been told by agents for years “ better service is coming to your area just be patient” . Still stuck with the same horrible satellite service in the L0K2B0 area. Been a nightmare during this pandemic. Wish there were better options for us.

Last spring @Bell removed data limits for home wifi so our students could access all they needed without worrying about data limits. Are you doing that again? @Rogers and @Xplornet I have students that can’t access school work and class meetings online due to limits. Please help.

@Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca 6.70 Mbps download 1.78 Mbps upload Latency: 27 ms Server: Toronto Your Internet connection is slow. This is about as good as it gets here. Evenings and weekends are terrible.

@Xplornet Straight up lying isn't marketing. A lot of people know most of your mythbusing are lies. But just in case... xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

@Xplornet has throttled upload speeds so badly that I can only do my work from home from 12am - 7am. Can’t even send emails when seeing 60-120kbps outside those hours. Great pandemic service lol.

@Xplornet Hey EG - I know you're just the social media person, so this is not aimed at you in any way. We've spoken to @Xplornet so many times I've lost count. It never gets better. The reason I'm tweeting is to let other Xplornet customers know there's an alternative on the way.

@Cisco The reason why I never got hired for a job at @Xplornet even when I wanted to apply for that job is because they are douchery and I don’t support people and companies who are douchery towards their own employees and customers

@Xplornet I would, but I would have to call every day, maybe even two or three times a day because the service is always this bad and your phone service is not much better.
