    Dear @Xplornet it would nice to let your customers know what is going on & why their is an outage.... Smh like idk tweet or something or post to FB or your website but at least let customers know what is going on thanks 😶

    @Xplornet Prepare to lose more than half your customers the moment starlink becomes available. Massive outage and not a single update or phone line available for hours. Not to mention we’ve had to restart our modem every single morning for the last month. Such a tone deaf company.
