Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple
