Tyrall Finlayson (@TyrallFinlayson) reported from Quill Lake, Saskatchewan@pitzill @Xplornet We upgraded a couple weeks ago to the LTE 50 unlimited. Signal comes from cell tower so you have to be within a certain range. So far it’s working reallly good and way faster than before.

Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported@Xplornet This was a very disruptive outage for businesses, for us who telework, and other situations. The comms from Xplornet was not acceptable. Not getting a tech to look at the outage for 3 days knowing dozens were affected was not acceptable. Not offering refunds was not acceptable.

Don’t see these issues of this magnitude with Bell or Rogers but because we are rural Canadians we are stuck with this useless organization. We need more options.
