@joDevInTheWood1 @tanoaksam @Xplornet Wow. People in our neighbourhood were on Xplornet before Bell ran fibe here. They told me the service wasn't great but I never knew the price.

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

I was livid like how do you really **** this up & then not let me access MY account. With MY info 😶😶😶”policies”

@McMudder71 Booster didn’t really work at our cabin due to the mountains near by so I got xplornet. Got service throughout the cabin and around the yard. It’s a monthly cost but with parents getting older and the kids getting to the age where they can stay home, we need reliable cell service

@Xplornet my problems started when your garbage monopoly bought out the only valid competition and forced me to return to being your customer. And yes I have shared that opinion with the people who want you to mis manage the unused firberoptics 5 km from my house.

@Xplornet It would be SO nice if you invested more in customer service so there wasn't such an enormous wait every time that it's needed to call in for some help. The last 2 recent times I had to call in because our tower quit working it was between 40 minutes and over an hour waiting :/
