    @xplore_ca I'm currently getting 0.32 mbps download and 1.55 mbps upload, this is ridiculous. Paying $100 a month for unbelievably slow speeds. I'd love to know what's going on with your internet at the moment, I'm in British Columbia 🇨🇦

    @xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.

    @xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad
