    @CBCNB GNB: we can shovel money out to our friends at Xplornet and get a few people some outdated technology. Or we could solve the problem with the best satellite tech. Shovelling money to our friends is the obvious solution! It isn’t just the feds pouring money into ****** Xplornet.

  • MeganMcLaren3 Megan McLaren (@MeganMcLaren3) reported

    @Xplornet is your service down? Don’t ask me to call,need your service to call #ruralinternetsucks

    @Xplornet Light rain tonight and very poor service. Maybe the dish needs adjustment

  • jennjilks Jennifer Jilks🇨🇦 (@jennjilks) reported

    @jpmacnab @Rogers We were with Bell until we were two weeks without a phone due to line damage. We now have a smartphone with Telus, TV with Shaw, Internet with Xplornet, and are happy to diversify.

  • purvis_amy amy (@purvis_amy) reported

    @Xplornet I always do and they can’t do much. Always a short temporary solution. Your internet is terribly unreliable speed wise esp. during high tourism times in high tourism rural communities. Overloaded.

  • fishingwicked OfftheGrid (@fishingwicked) reported

    @APLenehan @Xplornet Worst ISP ever. Worst Customer Service. Worst leadership. #deplornet

  • mommag015 Geri Ratcliff (@mommag015) reported

    @Xplornet are we the customers going to get a credit on our internet bill as you’re attached to the Rogers network???? @Rogers

  • gentrifyfinance Gentrify (@gentrifyfinance) reported

    @Xplornet service not working

  • glenngenge1 Glenn Genge (@glenngenge1) reported

    @aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

  • NEWFIE291162 NEWFIE (@NEWFIE291162) reported

    @CBCNB New Brunswick should jump on the band wagon and help the people purchase the system like Nova Scotia, PEI and Quebec did. Just because xplornet originated in NB doenst mean we should be stuck with slow, spotty service. Compare the xplorenet dish with Starlink dish.
