  @Xplornet The tech people admitted to us they would not service the CCI tower until all CCI people came off them but they had no Xplornet ones we could switch to and we were NOT going to go on their satellite plan as they couldn't guarantee service would be better. 2/2

  @Xplornet The problem has not been fixed. We have rebooted a number of times. System south of Picton in Prince Edward County is offline. I opened a ticket Wednesday. Absolutely NO call from Xplornet since. So, don’t tell me things have been restored.

  @Xplornet @Rosebuddy1973 Why is your service so bad? Every week unplanned disruptions. Why do you not notify your customers in advance. That’s what proper companies do!!!

  @SouthwellJoan @Xplornet I agree with refunding people for time down. They are not responsive. Instead, they upsell when you call for $7.50 per month care plan knowing it was their system that was down and not an issue on my roof. So not happy. Been with them 4 years. They were good up to 1 year ago.

  @gbeldam @Xplornet We are on @Xplornet at our cottage and honestly the second I get my Starlink dish and service set up I’m cancelling the crap xplornet service and never looking back.

  @Bell_Support @Bell Bad customer service and no call notifying me they cancelled the appointment (Book 2 weeks ago) to install Wireless Home Internet. If you want my business you need to wave the fee or @Xplornet will. The Tech workload should not affect me.

  @Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

  @Xplornet How about today June 28 & 29 2022 not service for two days. So If its fixed why is mine still not working.
