  @Xplornet why oh why does my service keeping dropping. For two weeks now, stops and starts, drops off completely and have to power cycle it. It was good for so long and now...crap. It is extremely important to be online with kids at home!!! Be better.

  @GerardCooke8 @jbondguy007 @Xplornet The Bouctouche, NB tower for me was 30-40 mbps all the time last summer/fall. Now it’s 3-5mbps or less the majority of the time & not strong enough for work requirements or to even have 2 devices at the same time. No changes to my devices or network connections. #frustrated

  Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

  @bkives Just canceled my Xplornet, replaced with StarLink, 800 times better and it’s kind of cool that I’m supporting a future mission to Mars. Cost was only slightly higher, but the results are well worth it ! I think the Premier is again investing in a poor solution. He should compare.
