@Xplornet I’ve responded and have a copy of my response in the dm’s. It’s your move to fix this issue. Fulfill your end of the contract I have been paying a lot of money for.

  • albertabyron Byron Peters (@albertabyron) reported

@Xplornet Unfortunately your product is so poor in my community that you can’t download the app while connected to your service… perhaps have an engineer or 2 focus on actually ensuring that the ‘high speed internet’ switch stays turned on

  • Binoo_Snipes B1noo (@Binoo_Snipes) reported

  • windypopfarm Tyler Burns (@windypopfarm) reported

@NESaskFarmer I'd take Starlink over Xplornet any day. Well over 50, close to 100 down. 25 up.

  • Mullin_95 Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported

@ayrporte @Xplornet Because for $20 more a month you get 20x the internet, it never slows down. They don’t throttle your speeds after 6pm. Their service was terrible, customer service even worse.

  • MoeFraser Moe's Mending (@MoeFraser) reported

@Xplornet No improvement around here. Live 2 km from a tower built last year and no service. Live on provincial highway and only get satellite service. Built your towers higher

@rliwczak @Xplornet @starlink Yeah, when I set up my most recent labtop, when connecting it to my wifi, it actually told me that the "security network was outdated consider changing networks or talk to your service provider"
