    @xplore_ca No service for over six hours and can't even get a hold of a support agent or anything. You're luckyI don't have any other option in this area. I would switch in a heartbeat

    @TimHoustonNS Insane that an island is getting high speed Internet before us, off a secondary highway, in Colchester. They completely botched it here and thought xplornet was worth a damn.

    No one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.
