@CHCHNews can the government get on rural internet service providers example @xplornet and get them to un-throttle their customers, kids miss their lessons because the internet is so slow. I know I'm not the only parent struggling with this problem.

@debEbanks @XplornetES Yuck I used xplornet in the early 2000s. Satellite. Horrible service horrible customer service. Dumped them and went to Bell cellular. Bell had the infastructure.
