@Xplornet You could have been a lot more proactive in notifying your users and let them know you were working on it. This isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last. Your internet service is meh at best, your customer service is just the worst!

  • KingDjangoIV Darko Beers (@KingDjangoIV) reported

@seguincbc Xplornet is about $130/month for speeds of 25 Mbps for first 100GB (think 10 Netflix movies in HD) per month ..... they then ramp you down to 2Mbps once over 100GB - excruciatingly slow - like modern day dial up

  • stephenlrobson Stephen Robson (@stephenlrobson) reported

@Xplornet continued interruptions and slow internet all weekend! This service is terrible.

  • MarthaKellyLive Martha Kelly (@MarthaKellyLive) reported

@APLenehan I am disappointed in @Xplornet asking me to pay a serv fee to examine eqmnt that was installed on Feb 6 this year that MAY be the issue of my ongoing DAILY intrnt problem. I am BEYOND frustrated! Living rural and being held hostage to this company.

  • ShelterFromRain ShelterFromRain (@ShelterFromRain) reported

@Xplornet Garbage customer service! You don’t even bother attempting to let your customers know what was going on.

  • KlyxYcs Clay KlyxY Vautrin (@KlyxYcs) reported

@Xplornet Aother day, any 16hours of my ******* internet being at 2000ping. feels ******* fantastic being an xplornet customer

  • owenfrank owenfrank (@owenfrank) reported

@seguincbc Xplornet Satellite is slow (faster then dial up is all I will say) in comparison to most because of the location of the satellite used, Xplornet LTE, if it is available, is a good choice. I can only get satellite as there is not even cell service where I live

  • jimmuskoka Slapshot (@jimmuskoka) reported

@Muskoka411 Too bad Xplornet is known coast to coast in Canada for failing to deliver what people are paying for. Notorious for not delivering service and over selling towers. Starlink or Bell LTE seems to be the only current hope. Urban areas a different situation where fibre exists.

  • CadenheadJason Jason Cadenhead (@CadenheadJason) reported

@Xplornet @CarrieOwen07 Scared when starlink comes online for most people? Canceling your garbage internet and cust. Service

  • starkinly Sara (@starkinly) reported

On day 4 with internet and it’s already down. @Xplornet is this what I am going to deal with?
