Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!

Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

Mamabear 🇨🇦 🏴 (@freshouttafacks) reported@dubsndoo We bought Starlink direct(no rogers needed). Only internet service we can get in Ontario country. Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.
