Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
