    What’s going on @Xplornet ? Internet has been down since last night. After the rain stoped and it’s sunny not it still does not work even after a reboot. Any other Xplornet users in Iqaluit having same issue?

    Hey @Xplornet your customer service is exceptionally awful. Like, extraordinarily wretched. Terrible. Useless. Pathetic. I hate giving you money and look forward to the day there is another option in our rural area. #ruralontario

    @lmn071966 @Xplornet You are fortunate. #xplornet refused service. They admitted to our tower being oversold. Wouldn't that be bait and switch. Unfortunately our Township doesn't value services to their citizens

    @CathyLMacDonald Xplornet is turning off service in N Yukon. Will you continue if Feds / YG provide funding? Need to work a deal to maintain service.

    @JonesSebastian sorry to say that these circumstances are beyond our control. We will be able to migrate the vast majority of our affected customers to a new Xplornet service option. We are reaching out to our affected customers well in advance to discuss other service options that we can 2/3

    @Spicoli11 Cost me $900 to get the hardware, then $140/month. I was paying $130/month for Xplornet LTE, so the monthly isn’t too bad, just heavy up front.
