@Xplornet my problems started when your garbage monopoly bought out the only valid competition and forced me to return to being your customer. And yes I have shared that opinion with the people who want you to mis manage the unused firberoptics 5 km from my house.

@livingwithabuse @Xplornet Honestly, Nicola, I'm so angry. We called them multiple times before we moved & even though we were told they shouldn't have, they promised us we'd have internet. Now what? I can't even do a therapy appt. & had to cancel todays. 😭😭😭

@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.
