  • KetchesonDale Dale Ketcheson (@KetchesonDale) reported

@B2Bspecialist @Xplornet Happened to us a few years ago, no internet for three weeks, repeated service calls. Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.

  • BaileyCrawly Bailey 🏳️‍🌈 (Taylor's Version) (@BaileyCrawly) reported

Of all the companies I’ve ever worked with, @Xplornet is by far the biggest POS scam out there. What a rip-off, paying the same amount as everyone else for service that almost never works. And of course customer service doesn’t give a damn to fix it. Embarrassing service quality.

  • caroylnglabsy Carolyn (@caroylnglabsy) reported

i’m gonna lose my **** on an xplornet employee and it won’t be pretty

  • Mike_Boulanger Michael Boulanger (@Mike_Boulanger) reported

@Xplornet 47 minutes on the phones with only "I guess there's an issue with your tower" Tell me why my neighbour gets 33 mps down and I only get 4? #xplornetsucks

  • RobM1962 🇨🇦 Grinch🎄 (@RobM1962) reported

Hey Justin, You can stop wasting our hard earned money on Xplornet and Bell upgrades. We have Starlink, a reliable internet service without the help of the government.

  • SeanKSlade Sean Slade (@SeanKSlade) reported

@Xplornet do you have a status on the Campbellford, Ontario outage? Our Internet has been hard down for 24hours and your technical support had no information on the cause of the outage or an ETA for recovery.
