@dchipp @Xplornet For real though, this is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten for ANYTHING! My mom who still lives in NL has Eastlink internet. I know that isn’t offered out here but the download speeds are around 150 mbps in her rural community and they always give ETAs for outages.

@bluestockingetc @Xplornet WTF! They rely on an untrained individuals to remove the equipment they installed? Wow! That's high risk for a company to do.

actually crazy a whole province is out of internet because of you @Xplornet and you’re busy tweeting about ed sheeran and taylor swift, instead maybe use your account to actually tell your customers what ******** is going on at your dogshit company.

@DarkElfLX @EricMPaq @Xplornet They've been pretty awful to deal with since she got the internet, but this is just a new level of ridiculous. I just can't imagine, as a company, expecting anyone to uninstall tech, let alone seniors in rural areas.

Nothing like @Xplornet being down, yet again (seems the only consistency is the inconsistent internet)….this internet is frustrating - I hate living remote because of this ****** internet problem 😒😡

Hey @Xplornet why does Central Alberta have no internet service today?

@chefdills @Xplornet The shocking thing (or not so shocking considering it is @Xplornet) is that their last tweet is about Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift. Nothing about the outage affecting their customers!!

To any lawyers in the Alberta region: due to massive issues affecting @Xplornet customers (as noticed by the number of 1 star reviews) and considering they are more interested in buying competitors than providing even mediocre service, is there any action customers can take?

@dchipp @Xplornet Absolute trash service, I can’t wait to move to get rid of this ****. I’m originally from NL and if there’s internet on the ******* rock that’s actual high speed there should be reliable networking here in AB … absolutely robbing us in the north. No updates on why for me either

@bluestockingetc @EricMPaq @Xplornet of course: "Service charges may apply...." but it's probably cheaper than the $500 replacement fee.
