@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet By far the worst provider in the history of the internet. It’s 2021, why am I still having to deal with dial up speeds?? Oh right. Because Xplornet oversells towers and then throttles their speed to make up for it.

  • BillBarteau Bill Barteau (@BillBarteau) reported

@Xplornet Signed up for @StarlinkPage service today. They mail their equipment instead of charging unnecessary fees to deliver things that I can install myself. Looking forward to no bills from you as an ISP and Shaw for TV. Overall monthly savings. #YouBlewIt

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet "up to" is the way they can promise one thing and deliver garbage service, then blame you and your equipment. Con artists.

  • snocross26 Brian Glowach (@snocross26) reported

@Xplornet Our download speed is 2mbps.... right since the day it was installed... the installer said that we have a strong signal... you want your service payment for the upcoming month... fix our ******* internet.... NOW!!

  • iamtherealkb Sir Kyle the Great (@iamtherealkb) reported

@Xplornet Lmao you guys can't even maintain 25 down, how do you expect to have 50M when all of your towers are oversold anyway?

  • TKC_1233 Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported

@Xplornet so I should just expect your crapy service to go out for 5-12 hours every week then, huh? #xplornetsucks
