    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @SteveBucking @windypopfarm 15 min after I looked at it bell showed up at my door selling thier package. Xplornet net sucks so we’re switching

    @Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

    @Xplornet We live in the Brookville ON area. We pay for a 25mg download. It NEVER get anywhere near that speed with regular signal drops. 50 km from the core of Toronto! If Bell would run fibe here I would drop your “service” immediately. Over charged and under serviced. Brutal

    @Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.
