    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @Mullin_95 @BaldurBarons @Xplornet I like the fibre, it’s fibre to towers but $200 setup, $56 after that. Knew lots of people paying $140 plus for crap explore net when I had it.

    @Xplornet BTW...the dealer “New Horizons Communications” that u use that was originally sent 2 fix my issue-I had 3 #’s for them. Left many messages. No 1 there answers their phones/doesn’t return calls. I looked up their FB page & their feedback is horrendous. Why use a dealer like that?

    @Xplornet 1/2 I tweeted this 2 days ago & ur just offering help now? If I had waited on u, I would be on day 11 of no internet. After finally demanding talks w/a supervisor, I finally got my modem replaced.

    @ayrporte @Xplornet Because for $20 more a month you get 20x the internet, it never slows down. They don’t throttle your speeds after 6pm. Their service was terrible, customer service even worse.

    @Xplornet By tomorrow, I will be on day 9 of my internet being completely down. Servicing dealer won’t return my calls, Xplornet says they will “escalate” my claim. The problem is that I simply need a new modem. No one will help me. I’m being held internet hostage.
