    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @Krommsan @Xplornet The boss is thinking about getting it for his house but I think they are gonna go with shaw for at the shop in town till he sees how good starlink is and thier customer service is.

    3/ absolutely terrible customer service in trying to work that out. Would not recommend @Xplornet for anyones rural internet needs

    What’s going on @Xplornet ? Internet has been down since last night. After the rain stoped and it’s sunny not it still does not work even after a reboot. Any other Xplornet users in Iqaluit having same issue?

    Still can't come over we have access to zero providers that offer unlimited internet in Nunavut. @Xplornet I have paid tens of thousands while being a loyal customer. Never any meaningful offerings, never any meaningful breaks.

    @Xplornet I am beyond disappointed with your tech and customer service. After several appointments (always cancelled by you) a tech finally came to my campground to do an install late in the day (after 4pm).....

    @Xplornet Within a week AGAIN xplornet is down. After AGAIN paying good money for a tech to fix their OWN equipment. Has anyone, a single household got one ONE good story of xplornet service??
