So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@NinesCatudio I gave up on Xplornet years ago; it was always the same story “we’re upgrading our equipment, service has improved!” But it never did.

@miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet don't worry you will be safely back under your "Up To" Mark within a few days. I am sure they are glad that you pointed out the oversight as they cannot have rumors getting out that they supply "quality" or "service", even on accident.

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

@Xplornet Did he also find interet service? Mine has been deliberately shut down by @Xplornet . They are unwilling to own up to their mistake. @Xplornet is the worst!
