So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@Juleflower @Xplornet I am off of the Gulf Shore Rd. and without Xplornet as well. It has been a problem for weeks, many calls made and no results! Why isn't the tower fixed yet? Why do we have to pay for a service we are not receiving?

I am so ridiculously fed up with rural internet. Can't even do basic **** half the time because xplornet can't handle streaming ******* video if it's even functioning to begin with.

@Xplornet With no accountability to your customers. You do suck. Your up to 5mb 10mb 50mb etc with no guarantee minimum. I had many problems with your system. Oversold towers is not a problem with people flocking to Starlink now is it?

@BellMediaPR Bell, let's talk. I just switched from bell cellular service to Telus and my satellite from bell to Xplornet. At much cheaper cost btw. There are consequences to treating female broadcaster's like ****!

@Xplornet I have been an xplornet customer for years. I rarely complained about anything. Then they said I needed a free upgrade if my radio antennae and modem. I didn't want to do but they talked me into it. 2 weeks later, no internet and I'm pissed. More to come.

@Xplornet no service for the last day?? Router been unplugged for a few hours plugged back in saying internet not available?? Ontario
