    @Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.

    @Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

    I’m using ethernet on my PC and it’s still slow why am I not getting what I’m paying for I don’t even go over 40 down and 3 up @Xplornet

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    @Xplornet How about having your techs fix your ****** broken internet instead of taking pictures... Now I see why the service is so expensive and speeds are never anywhere near what is promised...

    In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

    @Xplornet please help remedy the situation you put me in. There are only 3 internet providers in the area and I chose your services because you came highly recommended. Please help, make this right!
