@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet It's laughable how bad they are really. I have American friends that tell me my adventures with Xplornet eclipse their own adventure with ISPs such as Comcast, and I've heard some terrible things about them. It's ok, I ordered Starlink today. Fingers crossed it works here.

@Xplornet absolute garbage internet. You change 110$ and we get internet 3 days a week, speeds close to dialup, constant outages, not to mention multiple outages a day. Your internet and service is a atrocious

@Xplornet You already did your review when we had problems last month and couldnt see anything. I was told to phone Technical Support when I am having problems. I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Technically I did too, I just kept trying locations closer and closer to the city until it let me actually order instead of just the deposit and pre-order. Worst case it doesn't work and I just return it and wait for my pre-order to ship.

@Xplornet Thank you for your reply.. do you have any way to communicate that to customers at the time? It was frustrating to be out with no communication on that is was a large scale outage...with kids at home online a small update would go a long way! Thx
