@Xplornet The quick survey at the end of the call...I left excellent reviews for the technician helping me today he actually took time to solve. Poor review for @Xplornet internet service. A week without internet w stupid excuses during pandemic cannot happen.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

Truly pathetic that my @Xplornet connection makes my VoIP phone unusable. This is what is considered high speed internet in their world? Or, if I said that to you using my VoIP service: Truuuuuuuy paaaaathccc connnnn bzzzzzz high sppppppeeedd bzzzz w-w-w-rrrreeld.

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet Aint no mountain high enough for Xplornets terrible service, oversold towers and broken promises.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@GeiselJeff @cohenih @Xplornet $145. So a little more than the $125 I was paying for Xplornet but well worth it. Have had it for 3 weeks now and no complaints. Would never go back.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@landon707 @Xplornet Nope. I sent it back. Waiting on pre order. It would work for you though im pretty sure. That sucks. Wish I woulda known. Once they get the new facility up and running to build satellites things will change.

  • nautical_hd Zane (@nautical_hd) reported

@Xplornet Your company is going down the shitter lmao.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

If you're an @Xplornet customer don't fool yourself into thinking they care about you. If you're thinking about becoming one, walk away. You're better off with literally any other ISP (or not even having a connection). The unending frustration is not worth it.

  • cohenih Ivan Cohen (@cohenih) reported

@GeiselJeff @Xplornet Starlink was installed Saturday. No-brainer setup; getting over 100mb download, 40mb upload, 35ms or less latency. Will be faster after BETA is over. It’s amazing, compared to poor Xplornet I’ve had to use for years!!! I’m impressed with it!

  • dustkrei Dustin Kreiser (@dustkrei) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet @xplornet is complete garbage. Also very difficult to deal with. Not worth the money. We cancelled ours. Don’t miss it as it never worked anyways

  • GeiselJeff Jeff Geisel (@GeiselJeff) reported

@cohenih @Xplornet How do you like the starlink want too do the same , sick of slow net !!!
