@PennerBrian @elonmusk Xplornet sucked for the decade I was stuck with that crap company. Hated those guys

  • dave_ings Dave Ings (@dave_ings) reported

@alexposadzki @mgeist @globeandmail Read it. Arguably Starlink's tech has obsoleted Xplornet, and so perhaps Xplornet is looking for an off ramp with Freedom. Main thing slowing down the obsolescence is Starlink's large order backlog (a sign of its popularity).

  • EeveeKyoryu Eevee_Kyoryu (@EeveeKyoryu) reported

@Xplornet Tweeting about coyotes and there is still no ETA for the internet, nor is there any update, just coyotes and ******* tweets about Ed, and Taylor. News flash! No one ******* cares!!!! FIX YOUR ****.

  • Mike_Boulanger Michael Boulanger (@Mike_Boulanger) reported

@Xplornet service has been out in Belwood, ON for three days now. Any updates?

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

After two full days+ of no internet service at home, and across most/all of Alberta plus a few other locations Canada wide, with not a peep from @Xplornet about why, or when to expect service back, I feel like sharing a tale of being a rural Canadian trying to get online...

  • chefdills Dylan Brushett (@chefdills) reported

Still no update or any news as to why #Xplornet internet is down in Alberta. My last call (20 minutes ago) the tech said they were troubleshooting all yesterday with no luck. No ETA as they cannot find the problem. Just a heads up if anyone using the platform was wondering.

  • Styles_888 Daza (@Styles_888) reported

@Xplornet A RAN has obviously never been RUN in my area… #shitspeeds

  • TanyaMMDash Tanya Dash (@TanyaMMDash) reported

@Xplornet How about finding a fixing the issue that has caused the internet to be out since Saturday in Alberta! #internetstilldown

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@Xplornet Internet out, at your exorbitant prices, since Saturday night, and this is what you decide to tweet about? How about you fix the problem, or at least reach out to customers with an explanation and compensation for downtime, like CCI would have before you bought them...
