@Xplornet I contacted your customer service via Chat and was told that to move to 50/10 service I need to pay $99 for new hardware. I currently have 50/3 service. Could you confirm?

@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

@MobileSyrup My Starlink, while sitting in its box on my kitchen floor, provided better service than my Xplornet connection did at the same moment in time. They already can't supply the services they were offering, what makes people think this "upgrade" will work out?

@Xplornet Signed up for @StarlinkPage service today. They mail their equipment instead of charging unnecessary fees to deliver things that I can install myself. Looking forward to no bills from you as an ISP and Shaw for TV. Overall monthly savings. #YouBlewIt

Order paid for and @SpaceXStarlink has shipped. I will cancel @Xplornet very, very soon. The whole family is eagerly awaiting the switch. Very soon, we will be able to have Zoom meet with family at 7:30 in the evening.
