Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@mudlanegoldens @kbcmc @DerekMacEwen @Xplornet @XplornetSupport @APLenehan @Bell_Aliant and @Xplornet are the two worst possible options we could pick. Too bad @PEIGuardian didn't do a story on how dissatisfied we are at having only these to pick from.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@kbcmc @Xplornet Well if ya had some decent internet to feed into your router, the problem might be solved.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@DerekMacEwen @kbcmc @Bell_Aliant @Xplornet @WickedEH @redsandspei @Eastlink The logic being they could rent pole space to run fiber lines. After two years with no visible action, I asked @Bell_Aliant if they had plans to extend service to my area. I was told by a @Bell_Aliant manager that Lot 16 area wasn't worth their time to offer Fibre in Belmont.

Dan (@VO1MX) reported from Bedeque, Prince Edward Island@DerekMacEwen I'd like to see the math, numbers where @Xplornet prove that they are providing the speed as promised to the households that signed up for their service.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@m3t4lw01f Maybe they are fleeing the areas that @Xplornet provides internet service.
-
Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward IslandOur new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.

Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reportedHey @Xplornet I got to deal with your rude predatory CSR when cancelling was my service with you, now you send me an invoice for a late payment, on a closed account? I thought your CSR was predatory, guess it's your standard practices.
-
Robert H (@Robert_Hammond) reported@Xplornet Thanks for the update. Your customer service folks tell us: It might be an issue with the tower and they were working on it Tuesday (2 days ago) Or that our radio/equipment is now too old to connect to the tower now. Or that we should power on/off our modem+radio one more time.

Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported@SteveArdiel If I had unlimited on my phone it would be better tethering to my phone than garbage xplornet.
-
Boyd Merrill (@BoydinNL) reported@Xplornet has got to be the worst most frustrating internet service provider in the world! Terrible. #awful

-
Rose (@thinkinggal22) reported@brianlilley Eventually they will all just go back to TV because to be honest, the quality of these streaming services on most internet services that we can afford is terrible. None of these actually can stream on basic xplornet service. So not sure what all the hype of this is.
-
Garrett Wolf (@garrett_wolf3) reported@CadeTreacy @Xplornet @elonmusk I haven’t heard a single bad review. Glad we held off on getting a Telus hub, they ended up not being all they were cracked up to be in our area.
