Xplornet has been down since December 29 with zero action on the ‘case’ I opened. 43 minute call back time, no call back. I call back and wait 25 minutes. New call back time 52 minutes…

They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

Your customer service folks tell us: It might be an issue with the tower and they were working on it Tuesday (2 days ago) Or that our radio/equipment is now too old to connect to the tower now. Or that we should power on/off our modem+radio one more time.
