Hey Picanoc. Your internet service is still down in Ladysmith, Quebec. I am not the only client inconvenienced. I, and many others, have to rely on the internet to work remotely. Are you trying to compete with Xplornet for the worst service reliability rating?

@jfkleafs @Xplornet don't know what xplornet you're with but ~$125 a month for barely 5 down with regular surprise outages and poor customer service during said outages.... absolutely is NOT cheap NOR fast

@Xplornet how do you have a province wide outage for over an hour and not post ANYTHING letting us know what’s going on?! People run companies on your service. Starlink is going to gain a lot of customers from this my god.

@Xplornet what excuse do you have for your poor internet service today? Snowing somewhere? Too cold? Not cold enough? Breezy? Too calm? Too sunny? Too cloudy? I'm sure you'll come up with something.

@jfkleafs @Slothii @Xplornet That's far from what I hear. I hear #Starlink tends to average around 90-100 mbps on a slow day.
-
Jay (@jaycanjay) reported
@Slothii @Xplornet Same here. They are going to lose so many customers the moment starlink is available due to their terrible service. Have already signed up and waiting.

@s_rich27 @Xplornet I was thinking the same thing. @xplornet has by far the worst service in the industry. Brutal.
