    @Xplornet I used to be able to count on your internet service- but ever since you started to do "Upgrades" my internet is unpredictable- especially in the evenings.

    Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.

    And hopefully Starlink package gets delivered sooner than later so the next call to @xplornet is to cancel my service once and for all. Hopefully rest of you got service!

    @oskypanny @Xplornet Took me a good 37 attempts back to back just to make it on the cue. Hopefully now that some service is back up that it won’t take you that long.

    @adrienneivey No access to any therapy without high speed No access to any social contacts during lockdowns without actively breaking lockdown rules Inability to take part in family virtual calls All of this changed when we got high speed and were free from the horrid @Xplornet
