@Xplornet what’s with the **** services, I called yesterday for 1hour for them to tell me that there’s something wrong with the tower. he also stated “By tomorrow your wifi should be good” and here I am running almost 2 MBPS while paying 130$ for 50 MBPS. Do something about it.

@Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca 6.70 Mbps download 1.78 Mbps upload Latency: 27 ms Server: Toronto Your Internet connection is slow. This is about as good as it gets here. Evenings and weekends are terrible.

@Xplornet Just to mention the service guy that came out here used the same speed test, and the installer used it too. We got a new wifi modem and it still was trash.

@Xplornet @Xplornet I clicked this picture post my chat with xplornet Technical support. Somehow they don’t know what is happening either, they said they find it miserable to work for you guys. @Xplornet if we pay 100$ for 10 mbps speed, atleast give around 5.
