After two years with no visible action, I asked @Bell_Aliant if they had plans to extend service to my area. I was told by a @Bell_Aliant manager that Lot 16 area wasn't worth their time to offer Fibre in Belmont.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward IslandOur new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.

Too bad @PEIGuardian didn't do a story on how dissatisfied we are at having only these to pick from.

Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported@Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

Ron Higgins (@HigginsRon) reported@CRTCeng @Xplornet charges me $165 for 150GB and states up to 1 mbps up and up to 23mbps down. I get 0.4 up and 1.6 down. I get 50% up and 14% down which is ridiculous and a rip off. What's your role and btw it is not just me as you are probably aware already. @MaryamMonsef
