    @voiceshapes I use Xplornet because Bell up here is slower than dial up. Still use the modem that came with it and have no issues

    If you live in New Brunswick, Canada and you value your time, money and/or sanity, do NOT buy @xplore_ca internet. Never in my life have I seen an ISP that struggles so hard to make internet happen.

    We've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca your brief 4 question survey doesn’t help. Your internet sucks! That isn’t an option. Tech support is no help and corp office is not calling about my case! Would I recommend you to a friend? That is a HARD NO!

    @xplore_ca I would but I’ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

    Everyone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad
