    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.

    @Xplornet now I can't get the internet I was promised—from the tower down the road form my house, as a permanent resident to the area.

    @Theangryleaf1 @Xplornet We ditched xplornet a couple of weeks ago at our cottage. The past year during the pandemic when we needed to work & study from home, we couldn’t spend much time at the cottage cuz xplornet hardly worked & was too slow. Now we pay less & have a fast reliable isp.

    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

    @SteveBucking @windypopfarm 15 min after I looked at it bell showed up at my door selling thier package. Xplornet net sucks so we’re switching
