Une compagnie internet dont le support technique est fermé la fin de semaine. Pratique quand ils sont en panne. Bravo @Xplornet et @XplornetSupport. J'aimerais vraiment changer de compagnie mais ils sont les seuls à desservir mon coin. #pasfiable #zeroservice

I wonder if we should ask how Xplornet (Xplore?) is doing in Atlantic Canada? I see absolutely nothing from them. Maybe people just can't connect? But, heh, is it worth even wondering about? That service goes down with snowflakes. #CRTC

@Xplornet if you are having me wait 56 minutes to have someone offer me something better to try to keep me as a customer I have to wonder what are you thinking? This customer loyalty process is not going to warm me up to accept what you are proposing. The opposite actually.

@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!
