Laura Kennedy (@laumiken) reported@stephenlrobson @Xplornet I hear you! We have NOTHING but problems with @Xplornet. Worst. Service. Ever. We haven't had more than a few days at a time of access. The rest of the time I have use a Hotspot on my phone to work from home! Deplorable!

I’ve done the unplug/ plug back in thing, the speed test, the plugging directly in to my computer, checking hardware, checking how many devices are using wifi...etc etc. It’s changed nothing.

Jim Roche (@ehcormij) reported@BellAliant internet issues again. Called Tech Sup. When I asked agent to repeat her name her response was to say she was authorized to discontinue call. I guess @Xplornet it will be. Time and frustration just not worth it.
