@Xplornet Sure if @SpaceXStarlink becomes available before then, which it will, I'll be switching. Your satellite internet service is poor and very expensive. I did notice you've offered the ability to purchase more data at an exorbitant rate. Thanks

@Xplornet what happened to LTE service (McKee Mills, NB (Bouctouche tower). Last yr at our cottage we had no issues with multiple devices & speeds of 40 mbps. This season, same number of devices the speeds are often 5-7 mbps? Worked with customer service to reboot & still slow.

@Xplornet Going to be a challenge, but I'm sure xplornet will find a way to make fiber slow and unreliable like all xplornets other services.

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

@Xplornet I reached out to your tech team they couldn’t change anything same signal strength and terrible streaming buffing a lot . What I like to here from you is you agree to cut my bill in half every mth so if you don’t I am filing a report with Crtc so you can’t hound me fir the $

@jupia It’s interesting but from what I’ve read of reviews re: Xplornet in NB, there maybe a large gap between “available” on paper and customer experience. I have no data, just anecdotal…but it’s loud.

@DawsonLamoureux @CheSarahSera I was thinking the same. Xplornet hasn’t been great lately but I’m also not a big Bell fan. Tough choice for sure. However, since there isn’t any customer loyalty benefits with any corp anymore, it wouldn’t hurt to switch to Bell because you can always go back.

@Xplornet You might be connecting rural Canadians but the connections you’re providing are poor, slow, interrupted and expensive.
