I cut down two small trees in the yard to ensure clean line of sight to the tower that might have been obstructed by summer growth. Connection is acting like Xplornet's now.

Ty (@Trucker_Ty_) reported@Xplornet why did I have to find out about a service outage by calling in to tech support? People rely on home internet for work and school. An email alerting customers of this outage would have been the least you could do.
