✝️ JB (@jordanbranscomb) reported@Starlink my remote oil and gas clients are pretty upset, considering it was a 3 hour outage. it’s first outage on record since we cut them over from xplornet tho
-
BJMMURPHY 🇨🇦 (@BJMMURPHY1) reportedRural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?
-
Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!
-
Josh Boileau (@BoileauJosh) reportedWhen the services you provide suck so much, you rename yourself to confuse customers into buying the same garbage. @xplore_ca formerly @xplornet.
-
Ghost0zz516 (@ghost0zz5143458) reported@ICcrapdaily @Xplornetsuppor1 @MarkReid42 *Xplornet Support* Dude literally fronts a company that wouldn't exist if not for tax payer subsidies. The CEO is literally Mark Carney and Trudeau's buddy.
-
Sir Jerry J. Molnár (@BlackhawkJer) reported@xplore_ca Having serious technical issues, and not being able to communicate with your support team is extremely frustrating. My family is very disappointed with your company.
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Kinda funny how you treat customers that pay absurd amounts. You guys are losers.
-
Lucas Bourque (@Lucas_Bourque_) reportedWhere I live we surprisingly don’t have Bell Fibre. Our only options were Eastlink, Xplornet, or Starlink. Eastlink’s lines in our area were very congested and the service was often slow and spotty, so we decided to try Starlink.

Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported@Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...
