We left them years ago and we're so happy to switch to someone else, so disappointed because net set was a great company to work with. I plan to start shopping elsewhere tomorrow. Too bad Valley Fiber doesn't service our area.

Apparently I’m wrong for expecting the service I pay for. Shame to see NetSet go down that path. They were so good. Waiting for fiber this summer.

Morenet is wireless. Fiber doesn’t fix everything, if the ISP doesn’t have enough bandwidth nothing will fix that. Advantage of fiber is it can carry so much, but it has its limits.

They've been great to deal with, on their 5 Mbps package now, and I saw they have a 25 Mbps option as well. It has sporadic outages but never for more than a couple minutes
