    @AndyBlizzard87 I hear ya. I was with WTC for years near Sunbury but after our last move they didn’t have coverage in our current rural area. We were forced to choose @Xplornet, who have been hit and miss, but over the last 1-2 years they’ve been brutal because they flooded their LTE service.

    @APLenehan our local tower has had “known issues” for four years now. Our internet doesn’t work at all now. According to xplornet, there are no plans to fix the tower. This is the worst service I have ever seen. 10 kB/s now. This is shameful.

    So, I ask an honest question of @Xplornet - what are you doing to address your overburdened LTE service? Forget the corporate speak, subterfuge, key messaging & the oh so dreaded, “Please contact our customer support.”Instead, provide a true answer so we can decide to stay or go.

    I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/

    @Xplornet What with all the pictures, you'd figure they'd take pictures of their work... xplornet is so full of it. They're spamming this to shore up a false narrative of doing good for for Canada so they can bad mouth things like starlink.

    There’s nothing I love more than our ridiculously slow rural internet service not working at all when I’m working from home and have big meetings coming up. I’ve been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting to talk to customer support... @Xplornet #RuralNewBrunswickDeservesBetter

    @Xplornet People are supposed to be socially distancing and here you are telling xplornet customers to go to their friends house and use their internet to listen to podcasts? I mean, xplornet internet can't handle loading anything since xplornet internet is mostly garbage.

    @Xplornet On his podcast, Xplornet customer m3t4lw01f interviews other Xplornet customers to get their feedback on the service. Just kidding, no one on Xplornet can participate in an online meeting long enough to make a podcast.

    @xplornet Throttling and blocking my internet usage right now. hahaha. If you are reading this and an xplornet customer experiencing the same issue. Its not technical difficulties; tap that like/heart button. lol. :)

    @kcfaye506 @TorontoStar @Xplornet Wow. I pay less than half of that. The fact that there aren't any other options is terrible.
