Cheryl clarke (@Cherylc08849002) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario@Greater_Napanee We live on Hwy 2 by Morvin we have Xplornet it sucks rarely do we have internet at night and a lot of days it’s in and out we sure will be glad if they bring the fibre optics out this way at least we will be paying for something that works Xplornet sucks for reliability for 4$$$

James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

Ed DeBruyn (@debruyn_ed) reported@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!
