JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrsโฆnow we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.
