@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

Our @SpaceXStarlink kit can’t come soon enough. I can’t wait to destroy our @Xplornet dish. Xplornet has been down since December 29 with zero action on the ‘case’ I opened. 43 minute call back time, no call back. I call back and wait 25 minutes. New call back time 52 minutes…

@Xplornet No troubleshooting required. Your satellite service is overloaded and useless in its present state. Because it is a single satellite, upgrading capacity is next to impossible. Don’t waste your money folks.
