@Xplornet EIGHT DAYS I've been waiting now for "troubleshooting" to fix your "known issue" with the network, as you clearly stated to CCTS in defence of your terrible service. If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Absolute Crooks.

@Xplornet And if you're on xplornet, you're probably on day 386 of the same old crap with xplornet. Much like Groundhog Day, the movie, it goes on and on and on and xplornet doesn't seem to care. Avoid xplornet, they are a horrible ISP.

Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

@jsjlivestock @Xplornet Their customer service sucked when we had them. Had Netset with no complaints, and then Xplornet took them over. Reliability and service went way downhill. But the bullet and installed RFNow fibre optic. Absolutely love it.
