    @ALGfreedom @newhandle17 @elonmusk I got out of my Xplornet contract: caught them in a lie. They told me ‘no prob’ working from home. But the latency prevented me from connecting to work network!! (Signal to satellite too slow esp w/ VPN). I’ll research Starlink, if any latency issues & of avail here. Should be:

    @Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.

    @Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.
