@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@elonmusk long shot but there's no customer service on Starlink sites at all. I've been a telecom tech for 15 years and was with Xplornet the last several for Rural Canadians.I've been selling people on Starlink all over SK as it's the best option. Any chance for referal ID?

Xplornet wireless connection speeds are approaching dialup. Help desk wait times are approaching those of CRA or AHS. Bring on starlink.

@Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware

Thankfully #Xplornet has a reasonable service offering because Bell & Rogers both cap their rural wireless plans at 50GB/month and charge more per month than I pay for unlimited...

@XplornetES #FunFactFriday Xplornet is the worst internet provider on planet earth, and are doing their best to make sure that Canada will never feature in that list by taking your money and refusing to provide an internet service.

@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.
