@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@Xplornet I have been reduced to privately facebook messaging the local tech because your rep refused to contact or provide contact information for him. This is beyond unacceptable. You service a large part of NB, not providing immediate action is atrocious.

Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”
