@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@Xplornet This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I’m getting 900-1000 ping with not even 1mb a second download speed. This also ends up being the most expensive internet provider. It’s very ironic because it’s horrible. FIX IT.

@Xplornet He has your crappy service to thank for having to be out there, too. The one good thing to come out of Xplornet is that Ragnar found his forever family. How many more homeless dogs will you save before your infrastructure is fixed to support all your users?!

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.
