    @Alethea_Aggiuq @sijjakkut They've never been huge but to their credit Nwtel, Bell and even Xplornet have all rebated us over the years. It's never been huge but on occasion it has been a couple hundred bucks or more depending on the severity of the complaint. Patience and persistence is usually needed.

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

    @SucksXplornet If I ever do get mail from Xplornet it’s likely something very suspicious 😒 but then I just have to not tell anyone so I don’t lose my iPhone 📱 and let my parents deal with and take care of their own issues just like I take care of mine

    @coreymyersphoto @winklercoop @Xplornet Heard lots of guys complaining about Xplornet, I use and know a few that have switched to Visp and like it. No help on installers tho

    @SucksXplornet You can cheat with Xplornet but you cannot cheat with Bell or Rogers but you can only cheat bell and Rogers with 5G Service unlike with Xplornet where I cheated then through algorithms

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    @SucksXplornet @Google Xplornet does actually have 5G Internet already but it’s not really that great 👍 and all they do is try to bypass all the @Google Service that you get with 4G and it messes with your Internet and you shouldn’t use the service at all and they use fake content from @Google
