    @Ramaratwp @Xplornet That’s good now all you’re angry customers will be able to see it at night so when the internets not working will all just start pulling out airsoft rifles and shooting at your tower

    @VoosieVooters @Xplornet @APLenehan What part of the country? I'm in Saskatchewan just outside Saskatoon. I've never actually seen anyone post anything positive about Xplornet except for them with their testimonials that I can only assume are made up (at best).

    @Xplornet This sounds like a forced testimonial in order to get out of paying a cancelation fee. “Ok we’ll waive the fee, all you gotta do is leave a good review.” Because your service is absolute ****.

    @Xplornet @SucksXplornet @XplornetES you need to invest in your customer service department. Spent hours on the phone on hold to be told they don’t know why my internet is out and I can just call back tomorrow. Not acceptable.

    @frankpolat @Xplornet You're fooling yourself if you think they had any planned maintenance. They haven't earned the title of worst ISP in Canada for nothing.

    @Xplornet I spoke to someone already. You said there are a lot of people working from home, & there aren't enough towers. I reminded you that issue wasn't going to change, & asked when more towers are going up, but all I got were excuses.

    I find it hilarious that @Xplornet drops "hey are you still having issues?" on other people, but don't take my complaints seriously enough to even do that. Everything about this company is trash, including their CEO, Mr. @APLenehan. Change starts with you, sir. Lead by example.
