If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Absolute Crooks.

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@cbraedley @Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys replied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.
