@adrienneivey @Xplornet I couldn’t get away fast enough from that garbage provider. Total crap
-
Darci Semeschuk (@DSemeschuk) reported
@adrienneivey @Xplornet Oh this is the story of my life; pay for 25, get 3. And expensive! They say too many people on. Can’t stream a movie. Guy comes out, changes a cord, no improvement. Tells me to upgrade to 50 and it might be better. Terrible service from @Xplornet. Looking into Starlink.
-
Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported
I might record the conversation with @Xplornet when I cancel because I got #Starlink It will likely be the 10,000th time the person on the other end has had the exact same conversation.

Scott Hagel (@shagel11) reported
Hey @Xplornet I now see that your customer retention is a crappy as your service. I sent an email a week ago and still no response. #notsurprised. #brutalprovider
-
Jamie (@JamieDumalski) reported
@adrienneivey @Xplornet We had there satellite internet before in one yard and was horrible. Putting Starlink in one yard as explornet has no coverage there
-
Justus Hickey 🇨🇦 (@justushickey) reported
I am 15 minutes into being a #Starlink customer, and I can't remember ever being happier with a purchase. Looking forward to the call with @Xplornet very, very much.

AA-Ron (@aar0nsadler) reported
@EarEigna @SteveS62 As crazy as this may sound, I found my experience with xplornet didn’t align with that of most others. I paid for 25mbps service and almost always found I got 30-35 consistently, and no down time ever.

Nickolas (@Nickola12138723) reported
@ThaMunsta @xplornetretweet @Xplornetsuppor1 Xplornet internets is a piece of **** they need to do something better then lie to customers and pay for nothing for a high price it's bullshit
-
Jamie Ellen 🏳️⚧️ (@IAmJamieAgain) reported
@FridayInHalifax It's only since late last year that Bell ran a fibre line past our door that we got a usable internet connection. Prior to that there was a Rural Broadband radio connection that was often not much better than dial up, or an xplornet satellite connection, unusable in bad weather.

@justushickey @Xplornet Even trying to cancel is a painful experience. Satisfying though.
