  @Xplornet Xplornet a useless internet service , cancelled the service had a credit given to me the week before because the service was so bad & they have negated $80 credit off a fixed income senior citizen & also charge me $250 for the removal & recovery of the modem, shameful!!!

  @Xplornet 4/4 worst customer service I have ever seen. Service has been almost non existent since installed. Service and customer service suck big time
