@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

@Xplornet Unfortunately your product is so poor in my community that you can’t download the app while connected to your service… perhaps have an engineer or 2 focus on actually ensuring that the ‘high speed internet’ switch stays turned on

@Xplornet “Sorry, the technicians say that it is just peak hours for internet usage and to try again in the morning.” THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!! Telling me I can only receive HALF of the service I pay for on a good day is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Telling me I can’t use the service…

@Xplornet not happy you changed my Sat Internet package so I have to buy these rinky-**** add-on packages if I go over... brings my business to a halt and takes 5+ minutes on reduced speed logging on to your site to buy the stupid packages.

MsKatastrophic (@MKatastrophic) reported
…is not good enough when I pay a ridiculous amount of money for @Xplornet ‘s top package. 50/10 is bad enough, but paying for that and receiving 28/6 on a good day? That’s fraud. Telling me to not ask for the service I pay for is **** service. And you’re the only one in area.

@higherjessica Xplornet is satellite, I don't believe the towers have anything to do with our net. I'm just in a bad area.

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet When I called to cancel xplornet, the fellow asked why. I said I went with another provider. He asked if I would tell them who, I said Starlink, he said 'oh yea, they're fast' Hilarious.

@prairiecentrist My Xplornet cost for 2021 was $812. That included a $200 hardware/install. I pause the service for five a months while travelling at $9/mth - don't believe Starlink offers a pause. The cost of a Starlink install was over $800. I have truly unlimited with zero throttling.
