    @Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

    No @Xplornet support guy, the PoE injector is not a modem, no matter how many times you say it.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @VoosieVooters @Xplornet I can't for the first time they do that after I've cancelled the service, when I get signed up for Starlink. Everyone tells me to temper my expectations for Starlink, but it can't possibly be worse.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

    @Xplornet almost 6am and your internet is still ****.

  • FuzzyGross DaveMcG (@FuzzyGross) reported

    Literally 5 min after I get off the phone with @Xplornet , service goes down AGAIN. I live with a LTC worker and a person who has stage 5 cancer and NEED access at ALL times, yet when I call I get told nothing can be done. Maybe @globalnews, @CTVNews would like to talk to you

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @VoosieVooters @Xplornet We fall back on our mobile data and tether to get though. Thank God my bill cycle is about to reset because we're close to going over. Again. Luckily that is the "unlimited" plan from Telus that just gets slowed down. Rural living!

  • ltpmitchell lt pete mitchell (@ltpmitchell) reported

    @virgovida @Xplornet @virgovida don't fall for their tricks. Calling their support number will just put you on endless hold while they tell you they're having problems with long wait times.

  • trainvalet Cory 🆎 (@trainvalet) reported

    On @Xplornet I average 6 mbps for the service they advertise "up to" 25 mbps. Xplornet isn't high speed internet.

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

    @m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I don't think we have unreasonable expectations for internet service. Xplornet just doesn't provide any level of usable service after you are through the "trial" period. I am waiting for Starlink too.

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

    @Xplornet **** i hate ur company

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @OneLinders @Xplornet Xplornet makes all kinds of promises they never keep. What makes 5G special or different?
