@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

@jmsask @CPC_HQ And they gave Xplornet boatloads of taxpayer dollars to help them keep competition out of rural Canada and build a monopoly while providing terrible service

@Xplornet just did they told us that it was a tower issue, is it possible for a tower transfer.Right beside my house is another house with a internet same as ours and it's working.The caller also told us that it's no biggie he told us that we shoudnt worry since weve used 500+gb internet

@Xplornet Service contractors are sent out and left unpaid by Xplornet. Because it’s Xplornet tower at fault. Once the new tower is up and going wks from now, none of our equipment will work with it. Then we’ll wait another 3 wks for a service contractor.
