I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple

Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported@jzantinge2 @KenSchaus We had Xplornet from the time of them first offering service in our area &, after being without any internet for 2 months in 2020, we changed to another non-Bell / non-Rogers internet service provider. Fibre has been laid in our area to be connected soon.

Nick Dodd (@nickdodd) reportedI lived 10 years where nothing more than 150mb was an option (aside from starlink, or xplornet - but neither support static IP addresses which I need). I personally contacted every fiber provider in Canada about getting fiber and when the major provider finally came to my town I was literally the first person to get hooked up.

✝️ JB (@jordanbranscomb) reported@Starlink my remote oil and gas clients are pretty upset, considering it was a 3 hour outage. it’s first outage on record since we cut them over from xplornet tho
