@Xplornet internet down for a while now... Maybe @elonmusk will save us xplornet users from this lackluster service...

  • MIchelleP8844 DingDongTheRatIsDead (@MIchelleP8844) reported

@xplornet has now sent 3 emails rescheduling a service visit I called about a week ago. I never even got a call scheduling a first visit. Customer support would be a complete joke if I wasn't paying so much for this ****.

@Xplornet we called in a week ago for service and still nothing. the internet was working better before we called how does that even work?

  • compureis Rod (@compureis) reported

@Xplornet internet out since 6:30 this morning, waiting for customer support to answer the phone for over 1 hour. Good job Xplornet

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?

  • MATT627 Crumpy (@MATT627) reported

Nothing really sets me off like trying to do something on the internet and only having the WORST internet on planet Earth at my disposal. Thanks @xplornet

  • MaxKeenlyside Max Keenlyside (@MaxKeenlyside) reported

@Xplornet @kenjohn91388485 @Xplornet These boilerplate generic responses are as insulting as is your costly internet service unusable. When will LTE service be available for Evergreen Road in Indian River PE? (C0B1M0). You have long been testing nearby towers. Please do not refer me to phone lines or a DM.

@apocolypse669 @Xplornet That's not even the worst I've seen. It truly is horrible.

  • apocolypse669 Darth Pocolypse (@apocolypse669) reported

@Xplornet im not calling a tech to tell me to reset my router. its your service that sucks. you have to do better on your end.

  • G9Dude McDudeG9 (@G9Dude) reported

@Xplornet stop overselling your services. For the last year every night between 8-9:30 it becomes so dreadfully slow that it takes 3 minutes to load 4 seconds of a YouTube video
