  @xplore_ca been having problems with your internet for a month. Now it's super slow and I have to wait for some technical department! Customer service sucks!!! Why does it take so long to get resolutions??!! Going to have to go back to starlink.

  @CoryBMorgan I had Xplornet, worked great for a few years, then it would bog down in the evenings as everyone in the area was streaming video. I switched to Statlink, works much better. Currently here in Saskatchewan in my village there are crews going through running the main fiberoptic lines and should have it to all the residences sometime in the summer. I'll be switching to the fibre when I can. I like Starlink, but I don't think it is sustainable, when it is up to full capacity, to continuously launch 3,000 satellites a year to maintain a fleet of 15,000. They are low earth orbit. Meaning each satellite can only stay in orbit about 5-7 years, then it comes down and burns up.

  @xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam

  We've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

  @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

  @b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.
