@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

@athikafz @Bell Not just Bell tbh, Canada’s telecoms run like an oligopoly. Limited competition, expensive spectrum, and no real incentive to fix network congestion. Compare that to India: way more competition, cheaper data, dense tower rollout. Here we just pay more for dropped calls.

I swear @Bell hates me. Try to login to an account with the correct username and password and it won't let me. Double checked everything and using the proper UN & PW combination still won't work. On top of that they just raised their BYOD plans by $6.
