Never in my worst imagined hellscape could I have conjured up the banality and societal devolution of a @bell and @TikTokCanada backed return of @Much. May Lemmy have mercy on all of us.

  • med0475
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • WarrenAskew2
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I’d just like to see #Hwy402 get decent service that would allow for a phone conversation without dropping calls…

  • gordsmith92
Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • KRBAVAC
Robert Krbavac (@KRBAVAC) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support are you reporting any internet issues on hamilton mountain?

  • MackHenderson_7
Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

  • SylviaBolle
Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support That’s unfortunate as I just switched the Bell and the service provider I was with had a separate customer service department so the wait times were short.

  • BCullimore
Benji (@BCullimore) reported from Westdale, Ontario

@Bell can rot in hell. The worst company, and largest corporate scam in the entire country.

  • AaronRAshmore

  • aspeckledbethy
JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

  • med0475
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • kevinmancita_

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • Kristin_Roe

@Bell would love to figure out how you are going to support your customers who lost several minutes of coverage throughout the Raptors game last night. Currently I’m on hold with @Bell_Support and no one seems to know anything.

  • stevesfs
Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

  • Roberts_Law
Catherine Roberts (@Roberts_Law) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have been on the phone, bouncing between agents and mostly on hold, for TWO HOURS now. Trying to get resolution of issues around my business internet service. Totally unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail

@PremierScottMoe @Bell canada is a garbage quebec company that nobody but the east uses... why ******** does Saskatchewan need a Bell AI infrastructure building?!?! For what already??? Who is this benefiting @PremierScottMoe ? Other than yourself and your corrupt friends? What's the jobs for?

  • stemvox
    stemvox (@stemvox) reported

@Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers

  • Jaspreet_D
    Jaspreet Dhillon (@Jaspreet_D) reported

@Bell_Support Your response has grammatical errors. Is this typical of your organization?

  • toddamus
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reported

People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

  • Wheat856
    Wheat (@Wheat856) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support my router cant connect to your services, it also keeps listing [router name] 2 as a network with connection but to wont let me connect to that. after failing to connect it flashes a pink light and attempts again

  • loyaltybuff
    Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported

@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

  • melissa_flick
    m (@melissa_flick) reported

@nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.

  • PiratePratik
