joe (@449_joe) reported from Burlington, Ontario@JustinTrudeau @Bell It's either you gave in to China or it's going to cost Canadians$s. Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIn my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
-
Bruno Corrêa (@bcorrea10) reported@Bell Just astoundingly horrible service.
-
Marns 🇨🇦🍁 (@NAURmarns) reported@Bell_Support I cancelled me mobility services within 2 days of having the network and I keep getting email reminders to pay the full $90 balance? What’s up with that. Why hadn’t a new bill generated with the correct amount.
-
Olympique de Montréal (1971 - 1973) (@OM_NASL) reportedCould @Bell fix it TSN apllication so we don't pay for lagging stream ? Thank you.
-
Prince Ade-Chameleon (@ade_chameleon12) reported@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOD Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).
-
Scott Tod (@ChiefTod) reported@Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.
-
Brian Tobin (@brianpjtobin) reportedSo apparently these are @Bell lines … hopefully they will attend to this safety issue before someone gets hurt unnecessarily … these lines are hanging from the pole way too close to the ground.
-
Olori Savage (@Big_preety) reported@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell Freedom will likely frustrate you. Speaking from experience, i had to port to rogers after serious network issues. Phone would be on with full bars but i’d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldn’t reach me. My husband too…
-
Ian Clarke (@IanClarke_ca) reported@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.
-
Iampelumi 🇨🇦 (@Itzpelumi) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Just say you want to cancel your plan that is too high. They will offer a better deal. Every telecommunication have the retention tactics
