So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦

@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

@Bell_Support @AsurionCares FYI to anyone considering getting “smart care” it is not apple care and the customer service so far has been hideous to say the least! #fairwarning

@Bell_Support What is with these numerous calls I get a day from numbers beginning with the letter V and from cities across the U.S. This has only started since I switched my wireless to Bell. Never had this issue when I was with Rogers. I want these calls to stop

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • AmandaCochren
Amanda Cochren (@AmandaCochren) reported from Grimsby, Ontario

@Bell_Support We have been told multiple times that there is an outage in our area. How is it possible that all of our neighbours still have no issues with their Fibe service but our household is down?

@karensd @Bell @Raptors That’s terrible, I wouldn’t pay for such dreadful service either. My mother, who resides in Toronto, has had nothing but problems with them for the past 2 years... Too bad you missed out on the ending...💕

@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

  • isaac_isiko
    ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.

Yes, I still need assistance, as I have not received any confirmation email that my service has been cancelled, despite specifically requesting cancellation confirmation during each of my conversations with five different #Bell representatives!

@Bell I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes, 4 different people. After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. Won’t give me a supervisor name, vp name. @CRTCeng
