Thank god I am a child of the early 90s internet era. When your @Bell_Support internet sucks so badly, you tap into that early, dial-up connection patience 😤😑⏳ #millenial #beepboop #tincanphoneinternet

  • MackHenderson_7 Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

  • LadyPolkaroo Lady Polk (@LadyPolkaroo) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I looked on the internet and it said there is an outage in several areas around us

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

  • missussmyff Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

New order. Really????? 3 phones with you since 2009 and this is how you treat a customer koodo? Time to check with @Bell @Rogers

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell WE NEED HELP. WE HAVE TO WORK FROM HOME. NONE OF OUR SERVICES ARE WORKING.

  • lieu_days Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@mssweetmarie @Bell_Support I have the exact same issue with @BellFibe Its so annoying for the kids who are trying to get school work done. They have tested the lines say everything is fine, hello it’s not!!!

  • lieu_days Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@mssweetmarie @taykmr @Bell_Support @BellFibe @cogeco Hmmmm. They always tell me there is no problem. Maybe haven’t got the right person, or a helpful person.

  • Gary_DB Gary DB (@Gary_DB) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support @anishdhalait I'm in Burlington and NO internet. Trying a reset. Doing everything i can to avoid the pain of calling support.

  • MrAlwaysWrite Shaun 💬 (@MrAlwaysWrite) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @Xbox_Amb_Teagan @EA @EASPORTS @EASPORTSNHL @Bell @Bell_Support @XboxSupport @Xbox It's not that I'm getting disconnected. It's a sporadic, yet consistent, lag issue while in-game.

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell All home services are down. We can't even get through to someone to help us. Internet and phone are essential to work from home.

  • TamikaBrownnn Tamika Shayane 🇯🇲 (@TamikaBrownnn) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

  • Gary_DB Gary DB (@Gary_DB) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@scotcho_62 @Bell It's never been great. It seems worse lately.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

@taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

  • hydrofish3 Mike Fisher (@hydrofish3) reported from Oakville, Ontario

Just got off the phone w @bell re cell phone upgrade. We've been customers for 10 yrs at a minimum of 225$ a month for 2 cell phones. Was offered 50 credit against upfront cost of cell phone. As a new customer I can walk off the st and get the IPHONE 11

  • ThatGirlOntario Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • big_old_larry Larry (@big_old_larry) reported

@brad_ulel @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Sure, when there are dishonest, unethical, slimy businesses out there, it is up to the government to put restrictions in place. It's just too bad people need the government to regulate them from not being completely shitty human beings.

  • idiosyncrastic Who? (@idiosyncrastic) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I used to work for Rogers and Bell and I am writing a book on the corruption I've witnessed in high levels at both companies including meetings behind closed doors to eliminate competition. They are part of the top 5 worst corrupt corporations in canada.

  • Alexand40955266 Alexandrefournier@hotmail.com (@Alexand40955266) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @beynate Ok so we've identified a problem. What can I, as a Canadian tax payer, do about this? Who do I speak to? Should I ask fellow Bell subscribers to cancel they Bell services? An MP I can talk to? What do?

  • TekSavvyBuzz TekSavvy (@TekSavvyBuzz) reported

@UrbanEdm @Bell There is a quote from the session this week where @beynate spoke about this: "...you could have gone from $5.2 billion in available cash flow down to $5.05 billion in available cash flow..." when Bell explained why they needed the funds. You can read the whole quote in the blog.

  • TRTweets TR Twitts (@TRTweets) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Give the damn moneyBACK!!!!

  • SteveFortin478 Steve (@SteveFortin478) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell is one of, if not "THE" worst company in Canada. I am product Bell-free, and I wish more of my fellow Canadians would also tell them to pound salt. Watching that company die would be truly delightful.

  • UnknownFletch Mike Fletcher (@UnknownFletch) reported

@JefClayton @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Funny thing is I was let go from a Bell Company just before Xmas too. They bought the company I was working for 2 years ago. After 22 years of service with excellent reviews of my work. Corporate restructuring was the excuse. Greed is more the reality.

  • lovemyl83371771 Doctor Down with twiter (@lovemyl83371771) reported

@brad_ulel @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell This is theft, it was called "Canadian Emergency Wage Subsidy" not dividends payout fund.

  • goduz Sara G (@goduz) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Hey Bell. #letstalk . You’ve got a serious ethics issue. And now a media issue. Find you moral compass and do what is right. Not always what is profitable. #bellshame

  • speedracer5555 David Engman (@speedracer5555) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell This is not a Bell problem, this is a program problem
