  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Never in my worst imagined hellscape could I have conjured up the banality and societal devolution of a @bell and @TikTokCanada backed return of @Much. May Lemmy have mercy on all of us.

  • WillWilbrink Will Wilbrink (@WillWilbrink) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

  • GalahadHoad Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦

  • LadyPolkaroo Lady Polk (@LadyPolkaroo) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I looked on the internet and it said there is an outage in several areas around us

  • treytke Mike T. (@treytke) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@bell_support experiencing an outage New & Wilson in Burlington. Estimated timeline? #desperate

  • aspeckledbethy JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

  • UnionSocial Union Social Eatery (@UnionSocial) reported from Oakville, Ontario

This after being a consistent customer with @Bell @Bell_Support for 10 years, we get treated this way. I thought we were suppose to help each other through this tough time? I guess it doesn’t matter when you live in an oligopoly, and can push your customer around #supportlocal

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.

  • msouza3d Marcelo Souza 🇧🇷🇨🇦🔬🧪 (@msouza3d) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell To be honest I want to cancel my order. Not sure if it’s complete.I dont want to call another number again. For the 3rd time. On a 4th try to just get a simple sim. This does not worth the time I am spending. I am going to a store In person instead. Not sure if a bell store ;(

  • gordsmith92 Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • UnionSocial Union Social Eatery (@UnionSocial) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell_Support But not sorry enough to actually provide support. Your words don’t mean much. Your customer support people had ample opportunity to help but did nothing. No need to DM, I’m happy to see your response here for all potential customers to see. #supportsmallbusiness #endmonopolies

  • asek47 Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

  • ThatGirlOntario Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.

  • MackHenderson_7 Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

  • mammaO57 Jo O🇨🇦 (@mammaO57) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@MorrisDCosta @Bell We have Cogeco. Left Bell after too many problems

  • missussmyff Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • IrishmanShaner Shane Kennedy 🇨🇦 👨🏼‍🍳 🧑🏻‍💻 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I’d just like to see #Hwy402 get decent service that would allow for a phone conversation without dropping calls…

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FelipemCorreia Felipe Correia (@FelipemCorreia) reported

@Bell I already have the Fibe 1GB (Midtown/TO) but it’s been so SLOW. Just tested and I got 25/12. Not happy at all.

  • DarkCrusade6 Brandon (DarkCrusade6) (@DarkCrusade6) reported

@GSwassi @Bell Bell has never been nice to anyone, with how much they charge. Rogers is a lot cheaper, I pay $96 a month and have 20mbps upload speed.

  • moonz73 Karen (@moonz73) reported

@Bell_Support just as suspected after spending 45+ minutes on phone with incompetent “tech support” overseas who guaranteed me the issue was resolved, less than 15 minutes later my Internet is STILL dropping out frequently!! Tell me @Bell_Support is this what my $ pays for??

  • J_Savy J-Savy (@J_Savy) reported

@Rogers the worst company. Every month i call with minimum 1 or 2 issues that take for ever to be rectified only to have the same problems again next month. Furious. Maybe i should use @Bell

  • PhillyE90 Philip (@PhillyE90) reported

@Bell I had a horrible service with Bell products such as mobile service and cable. They over charges you, once they looped you the first 6/12 months promotion the price went up like crazy. Their customer service were terrible like a hole bunch of high school kids handling your account

  • ThisDoorOpens FourtyTwo (@ThisDoorOpens) reported

@Bell outsourcing so much of your customer service and leaving only retention as in house will be on of your downfalls. You charge so much but where does the money even go? Not to Canadian employees and not to anyone who understands empathy, what a postal code is..

  • kellychenriques Kelly Henriques (@kellychenriques) reported

Furious with @Bell customer service! You should probably not give your customers false hope by telling them that you can change appointment times to whatever time they want and then tell them you can't! Also how do your managers not have access to override your booking system.

  • taghollah Tom sabi (@taghollah) reported

@Bell Here’s my story: 76 days ago I purchased a package including an iPhone 12 pro, plus a mobile internet service. Can anybody believe that I still call @Bell_Support and they just say sorry, you will receive it in three business days! @bellcanadalies 2/1

  • moonz73 Karen (@moonz73) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support 1/3 I just spent another hour and a half on the phone with level 2 tech support who managed to accomplish exactly NOTHING in that ENTIRE time AND says he cannot send a technician here unless he can get test results from the modem!! BUT the damn modem

  • DeanPaleyCPA Dean Paley, CPA, CGA (@DeanPaleyCPA) reported

@Bell it would be really cool if I could find a phone number to be able to call and order business internet. However every number I seem to find wants me to enter a phone number and then tells me I don't have any service with you. What number do I call?
