@Bell_Support Yes, my internet is still unstable, how can I get help, what do you need from me. Thanks.

  • ChrisArnold33
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support

  • JrodTwitch
Jrod (@JrodTwitch) reported from Centre Wellington, Ontario

While we’re at it, why don’t we get @Bell_Support in on this one too. Maybe someone can get their damn story straight before I request a copy of the call and go to the CRTC to drag it out of you.

  • ishansa
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Still no internet after two weeks of trying. @Bell sucks! Trying another provider now. Let's see whether I can come out of the dark ages soon.

  • ChrisArnold33
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

More @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

  • muna_luv
Luv@ (@muna_luv) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Internet down. Called customer support was on hold for 15min and I got a automated message saying your offices are closed. Whats going on?

  • JamesRutkay
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support What’s going on with Fibe TV? I pause a race for 10-15 seconds and when I go to press play, it jumps back to yesterday morning. WTF??? It’s been a comedy of errors for a few days now. Resetting the box didn’t help.

  • JamesRutkay
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@JudithAMcGrath1 @ChrisDPOMAY @Bell_Support It’s 9:23am on Wednesday and our Bell Fibe just went down too. Probably just a temporary glitch. Systems are rebooting everywhere. Hiccups like this are bound to occur for hours or even days afterward. Patience, grasshopper. Patience!

  • shaun_holst
Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

    @laurenpileggi @Bell_Support If these hoes don't help you let a ***** know.

  • ishansa
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have already spoken to your support desk and cancelled my connection request. Shame that @Bell was my first choice. Lesson learned. Moving on.

  • aanderson_94
Alex Anderson (@aanderson_94) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

  • StefanichMatt
Matt Stefanich (@StefanichMatt) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

  • carebearica
Erica (@carebearica) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@Bell_Support are there outages for satellite TV in Paris, ON? There has been no signal since 3pm???

  • JamesRutkay
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

  • JamesRutkay
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Emergency Alert Service? I can read the visual notice. But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?

  • chevvy786
Abu (@chevvy786) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell I don't understand how such a large corporation that's been in existence since forever does not understand how to provide decent customer service or a pain free internet set up. Here's to hoping Rogers can beat the extremely low bar you have set.

  • ChrisArnold33
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

  • JamesRutkay
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell Hi Bell. I’m your newest mobile customer. I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

@Ciliskatron @ryangerritsen @Bell if they win, we have to backpay. if they do not win, they are suppose to pay back to us, the difference. Nobody knows that, and the landlord never does, without written request. Most people let it slide without knowing.

  • uzimtl1
    Usman R. (@uzimtl1) reported

@RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk

  • My_Point0f_View
    Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

  • mom22lappys
    Lola - (@mom22lappys) reported

@Bell_Support it looks like this is a power issue. Our area is in a power outage and it looks like we only have half power.

  • BCOz70
    BCOz (@BCOz70) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell I’d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, I’m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.

  • JustJulieD1212
    Julie (@JustJulieD1212) reported

@Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

  • csmyth41
    Colin (@csmyth41) reported

@Bell Hey Bell, just wanted to let you know I finally ended my painful relationship with your awful company. Internet, TV, Phone, 9 mobile phone lines, business internet now all cancelled. Worst customer service of any company I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

  • carrera_77
    Jason Sordi (@carrera_77) reported

@Bell I’m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. don’t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.

  • thebigwojcik
    Dog Lover!!! (@thebigwojcik) reported

@Bell @Ombudsman_OBSI My mobile cost went up. Called twice only way to get a cheaper plan is to get a phone through them. I buy my phone's myself. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

  • TraceysLuvofArt
    Tracey Padmore (@TraceysLuvofArt) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell I keep seeing ads for OWN Network, yet I recall it being removed from the station a few years ago. Is it available on BELL?? #bringbackOWN
