Alex Anderson (@aanderson_94) reported from Waterloo, OntarioIt took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.
-
Gavy (@GurpartapSS) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support
-
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, OntarioMore @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell_Support my iPhone 12 is consistently dropping from LTE or 5G into 3G in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. I have plenty of data in my plan. My wife who has an iPhone 11 will still be in LTE while I’m in 3G. How can we fix this?
-

-
Abu (@chevvy786) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell I don't understand how such a large corporation that's been in existence since forever does not understand how to provide decent customer service or a pain free internet set up. Here's to hoping Rogers can beat the extremely low bar you have set.
-
Vidman 🇨🇦 Dan Lauckner (@vidman) reported from Waterloo, Ontariowhat just happened to the @Bell cell network?
-
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell_Support I have already spoken to your support desk and cancelled my connection request. Shame that @Bell was my first choice. Lesson learned. Moving on.

Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, OntarioSo @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

-
Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.
-
KyFlo (@flop78) reportedwtf yet another monthly fee increase for @Bell internet. Like it runs on oil ? What's @Rogers offer? Just waive that damn "price increase without notice" clause already!
-
David Cortesi (Toronto Wise Guy) (@YYZ_GY) reported@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?
-
Kett (@Kett4short) reported@JFN1971 I hang up as soon as I hear them! So think about that @Bell @TELUS and whoever else thinks they are saving money by going offshore.
-
The_White_Whippet (@White_Whippet) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Switched to Starlink this December. The internet is great and I have no regrets. Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
-
zen (@heyitszenn_) reportedFortnite endgame is back tomorrow and the @Bell shiternet decides to go down right before the holiday long weekend Holy **** i have never been more infuriated with a company before
-
snappy (@snappyd88) reported@Bell wondering when my refund is going to be processed for a postpaid service cancelled in October 2025? General protocols online say that it should be processed in 3 months but we are in Mar26 and no cheexk received yet
-
Richard Purdy (@RickPurdy1959) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I was with Rogers since back when they were ATT. Loyal for over 30 years. 3 cell phones on my plan. My bills were getting ridiculous. I asked them if I could get on the newcomer to Canada plan as it was considerably cheaper. ****** around for 3 days and in the end, I didnt qualify andthere was no way I was getting it. Called Telus, in 35 minutes I had a 2 year plan that was $128 cheaper per month so I went with them. Rogers called me for 4 days in a row, another department, customer retention, sales manager all wanting to give me a better deal, none of them had a good command of the English language. Told them the deal was done with Telus and kindly leave me alone. Then the call cente,r started, 2 or 4 calls a day for weeks from Rogers. I hate my country. I hate dealing with these monoply companies. There is not 1 thing that is good about Canada today.
