@Bell_Support Hi bell! Your loyalty phone customer service was absolutely rude and dishonest to my mom! I think “Ashley” needs a class on customer service!!

  • jiminthecage engagy more better (@jiminthecage) reported from Wilmot Centre, Ontario

@patriciaannmcd2 @bow_en_arrow @globeandmail @Bell @BellMediaPR @Pepperfire I had one go viral. I was at work and had no idea how bad. My daughter deleted the tweet. She called me to let me know. I apologized to those involved. @DinoRancho @freakindelight probably remember.

  • Molecularstard1 _Molecularstardust✨ (@Molecularstard1) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@DianeB31 @Bell @TIFF_NET I love Canada, it just sucks sometimes living soooo close to the border and having so much stuff only available to US residents 😆

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

  • aanderson_94 Alex Anderson (@aanderson_94) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

  • TheJarraCanuck Greg Smith (@TheJarraCanuck) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

Seriously @Bell your service is the absolute worst #bellfibe #raptors AGAIN!!!

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have already spoken to your support desk and cancelled my connection request. Shame that @Bell was my first choice. Lesson learned. Moving on.

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Still no internet after two weeks of trying. @Bell sucks! Trying another provider now. Let's see whether I can come out of the dark ages soon.

  • KechTech Darryl Kechnie (@KechTech) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@CdnChamberofCom the practice of telco’s like @Bell & @Rogers charging us to become their customer through the charging of “setup fees” is pernicious and absurd. This practice seems to be spreading into the utilities market, essentially becoming an acceptable fleecing culture.

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Holy shit that’s 3 @BuffaloSabres games televised here in Leaf land 🇨🇦 in one week ! Lucky if I got to watch 3 games all of last season on this overpriced @Bell Fibe plan.

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

**** @Bell_Support and @RogersHelps They both suck ! Gonna have to program the box 📦 cause I only need a few channels they never seem to have for $100 + / month

  • maxschirm Maximilien Schirm (@maxschirm) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I am absolutely sick of my @Rogers internet going down. It seems to happen at least once a month. Time to switch? @Bell what do you have to offer?

  • thechadrsmith Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Your service is absolute garbage. Spontaneously my remote all of a sudden doesn't work. There goes my weekend. Can't even change the channel. Time to call @Bell. Nowhere to go but up.

  • galaxyCharlotte ✨ charlotte ✨ (@galaxyCharlotte) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support We’ve actually called multiple times regarding this issue, and bell has hung up on us. We had asked for it to be disconnected in 2013, as we no longer needed a cottage line since we have cell phones, and never re connected it. Lady on the phone today felt no need to refund her.

@virginmobilecan @Bell @richardbranson Over 2 weeks and over 10 customer service agents later and my issue is still not resolved. I'm out of the country and being treated poorly once again. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED!

  • noblindfollower Mordy B (@noblindfollower) reported

@chertky @RogersHelps Time to switch to @bell. I made the switch a year ago - better service, better products and better pricing - and haven't looked back.

  • SpreeOnConsole spree (@SpreeOnConsole) reported

    @ripamplifyy @Bell_Support I never ever lagged once when I used bell😂😂

  • ripamplifyy (♻️📌) (@ripamplifyy) reported

@Bell_Support there seems to be a ******* issue to ur connection to @EpicGames na east server 130 ping on east getting less on europe and im in canada

  • therealmrwest colin west (@therealmrwest) reported

@Bell nailed it again. Had cable/internet for a few months, sold a package that doesn't exist in our area, give us a new package told us we can cancel at any time and now want $150 to cancel. What a joke. Terrible customer service and experience. Disgusted. Should call @eastlink

  • Sulu1980 (((Julian Back))) (@Sulu1980) reported

@Bell_Support Hi there, you gave me a generic number and not technical support.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@Flagpole_Canada @mediamorphis @BenKlass @TELUS @Bell @Rogers 5Gy will never have enough capacity to replace FTTH and coax/cable to homes. And it’s much cheaper to deploy GPON fibre (unpowered) than to install powered radios every block. It doesn’t make economic sense to replace wireline with wireless in cities.

  • Flagpole_Canada Flagpole to Canada (@Flagpole_Canada) reported

@jfmezei @mediamorphis @BenKlass @TELUS @Bell @Rogers Naw, they want 5G so they can abandon copper and cut out TPIA/GAS entirely.

  • Jaimatjak94 cuincaledon (@Jaimatjak94) reported

@Bell_Support Did I mention I received my new modem. That was the “fix”. Thanks anyway. It’s slower now. I used to see 10 mbps.
