1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

Don't use @PurolatorInc if don't need to. Trying send @Bell an old modem. I had a scheduled pickup for 9-12 this AM. It's now 2PM, 3 calls later, still no DAMN pickup. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR PUROLATOR SUCKS BELL.. FIND A NEW WAY MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. DON'T USE PUROLATOR
