    @Bucky_Katt @bellcanadalies @Bell_Support Id rather everything be automated than have to deal w, someone, in anthr country, reading off a script 90% of the time they dont help nor do they care. The native CSRs work during business hours, after hours its all offshore

    Wow just off the phone with @Fidomobile and this is the exact quote of the supervisor I spoke with: "we don't care if we lose your business". I've been a loyal customer for last 15 years, but this is just ridiculous @FidoSolutions #CustomerServiceFail #fidosucks @Bell here i come

    @Fidomobile To bad @Fidomobile rips their customers off on travel packages to the USA now. Went from $50 to $60 to now a whopping $105 per month per line, #RipOff. @fido is now as bad as @TELUS ,@Rogers and @Bell for #ripping customers off. Canadians deserve better!

    @Bell_Support Why do you need that info? Why can’t you just make sure that csrs are doing their jobs ALL THE TIME for every customer. Deal with it on here. In public and tell me what you are doing about this.
