@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!

@Bell_Support Internet is very slow tonight, Bell is a ******* no service company. My worst decision ever is to switch to Bell. You pay full price, but Bell is not able to give the what we pay for and they never give compensation for the bad line!
