She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isnโt strong enough for our house ๐ค

Her mantra was that she didnโt care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Weโve had sporadic internet connection all day today and Iโve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already ๐ก๐ก๐ก

Having almost zero competition in this Country is contributing to Canadians affordability crisis. It gets tiring constantly playing the switch to Rogerโs for a better price as a new customer then back to Bell as a new customer and on and on.
